Wendy's is an American international fast food restaurant chain founded by Dave Thomas on November 15, 1969, in Columbus, Ohio. The company moved its headquarters to Dublin, Ohio, on January 29, 2006. As of 2016, Wendy's was the world's third largest hamburger fast food chain with 6,500+ locations, following Burger King and McDonald's.
In 1999 and 2000, Wendy's had two Tiny Toon Adventures-themed promotions.
1999: Tiny Toon Adventures[]
In 1999, Wendy's had one of four Tiny Toon Adventures-themed toys sold with their kids meals.

| Lenticular 3D Photo Frame | A 6.5-inch photo of Plucky, Buster, Babs, Dizzy, and Hamton. Hamton's face is removable so a photo of your face can appear in the hole. The flap behind folds out so it can stand on a flat surface. |
2000: The Big Cartoonie Show[]
In 2000, Wendy's had one of five toys sold with their kids meals as a tie-in with The Cat and Birdy Warneroonie Pinky Brainy Big Cartoonie Show (or The Big Cartoonie Show for Short). While the toys were mostly Animaniacs-themed, there was one Tiny Toon Adventures-themed toy; "Ask Babs". Babs is dressed as a fortune teller and sitting in a booth. Ask her any "Yes or no" question, then pull the lever. Babs will then give you a "Yes or no" answer.
