The Turtle is a one-time character who appears in the episode Pollution Solution segment No Deposit, No Return of the Trash Bag Dispenser. he is voiced by Joe Alaskey.

Appearance

The Turtle looks exactly like Tyrone, execpt for having a deep voice and wearing a baby hat.

History

In his one-time appearance, The Turtle is shown to be one of the Elmyra's captive pets who was being fed can foods, he then broke the fourth while saying "I hope my family isn't watching this episode." While the Trash Bag Dispenser took Elmyra on a tour of what happen if she of littering instead recycling. It is assumed that The Turtles and the other pets escaped from the part.
