The Turtle looks exactly like Tyrone, except for having a deep voice and wearing a baby hat.
History[]
In his one-time appearance, the Turtle is shown to be one of Elmyra's captive pets who was being fed can foods, he then broke the fourth while saying "I hope my family isn't watching this episode." While the Trash Bag Dispenser took Elmyra on a tour of what happens if she litters instead recycles.
