The Scottish Flea is a flea wearing a Scottish hat and kilt. He also has a big bushy red mustache and eyebrows.
History[]
While The Flea Family (Minus Flio) is on the Pit Bull, looking for Flio, they encounter a Scottish Terrier and asks the Scottish Flea, who is on it, if he has seen his son and an Alley Cat. He tells them hasn't, but promises to keep an eye out for him. He then hits a golf ball, which lands in the Terrier's ear, making it a hole in one.
He appeared in Tiny Toons Looniversity as a student.
