The millionaire and his wife appear to be an rich married couple. They also are the rich girl's mother and father. The man is tall and has short black hair. In the beginning, he wears an white shirt, black tie, light brown coat, black jeans and brown shoes. At the end he also wears an light blue sweater. His wife is middle, has long brown hair and wears a blue coat with an light pink chute and black shoes. At the end she also wears an light pink blouse with a brooch on it and long, dark brown skirt. Their faces are never shown.
The millionaire and his wife first appear when Furrball looks into the window of their home and observes their daughter rubbing a small kitten before they leave to go for a walk. When they return, their daughter sees Furrball and tries to convince them to let her keep him. The couple refuses her pleasure as they think the blue cat has fleas. Girl's Mom asks her husband to kick out Furrball. When the daughter tries to convince him again to let her keep him, Girl's Father refuses and kicks him out from the home. Later, he and his wife give dinner to their daughter. At the end of the cartoon, when the millionaire sees The Peasant Boy looking into window of his house, he pulls down the window shade.
