The Bedbug is a minor character in Tiny Toon Adventures. He appears in the episode "Starting from Scratch". He was voiced by Jim Cummings.

The Bedbug first appears when Flio tells Furrball, "Good night, sleep tight, don't let the Bedbugs bite!" He finds Furrball, figuring his body is the perfect place to find a flea to eat. He finds Flio and chases him, which causes Furrball to itch. After trying to scratch himself with a porcupine, sander, and even a saw, Furrball goes to Acme Looniversity, where he tells Buster and Babs that Flio is his friend and he needs their help. When Buster and Babs see the Bedbug chase Flio, they consult the Acme Cartoon Cliche Computer for a solution. After Calamity Coyote shrinks them and Plucky down to Flio's size, they find Flio, who introduces himself to them. The Bedbug then roars at him from behind, until Babs stands up to him, telling him he can't eat Flio now. The Bedbug asks her, "How come?", and Babs tells him to come closer so she can tell him. She then pokes him in the eyes with her ears, and runs away with Flio in tow. The Pit Bull (not to be confused with Arnold) later chases Furrball to Elmyra's House, where Elmyra takes him in. After Plucky complains about how close he was to becoming a hero, Elmyra is about to spray Furrball with a can of Acme Flea Dead spray, only to find it empty, prompting her to give Furrball a bath instead. After Plucky asks Buster, Babs, and Flio what they should do now, Buster tells him, "Run!" An unamused Plucky asks him, "Why don't we aerobicize while we're at it?", and Babs tells him that that won't get them away from The Bedbug. The Bedbug then scares Plucky from behind by roaring at him. Babs, Plucky, an Flio all run from the Bedbug, but Buster decides to fight back but using Bugs Bunny's Mexican Hat Dance from Bully For Bugs (albeit with less success, as the Bedbug slams him down). Elmyra then puts Furrball in the sink, where the water traps Buster, Babs, Plucky, and Flio between it and the Bedbug. Plucky then remembers that as a duck, he can swim, and jumps into the water. The Bedbug jumps in after him, and gets washed away.
