Sheepdog (aka Extra in red shirt / Dog Student) is a cartoon character from the Warner Bros. animated television series Tiny Toon Adventures and Tiny Toons Looniversity.
Biography
He is a sheepdog puppy based on Sam Sheepdog. He attends Acme Looniversity and lives in Acme Acres.
He has gray fur, black hair, large gray ears, and a red nose. Sheepdog is a background character and primarily mute, much like Sam when he and Ralph Wolf are at their job in the original cartoons.
Tiny Toons Looniversity includes Sheepdog in a more prominent role, but still not speaking one. As in the case with almost all the other toons, Sheepdog's design was slightly changed as well. Here he has cream fur and red hair (giving him more of a resemblance to Sam Sheepdog), brown ears, and a green shirt.
His name had never been mentioned in both shows. However, in Tiny Toons Looniversity he is listed as "Dog Student".

- Sheepdog made one appearance in Comics Scene magazine Issue 17, where he was indicated simply as "Extra in red shirt".
