Rudy Mookich is a cartoon character from the Tiny Toon Adventures spin off Pinky, Elmyra, and the Brain. He is one of the main characters of the show. Rudy is voiced by Nancy Cartwright.
Biography
Rudy Mookich is a young, blond-haired, male human, who wears a red short-sleeved shirt, grey shorts, and black tie shoes. He attends at Chuck Norris Grammar Elementary School.
Like Montana Max, Elmyra has a crush on him.
Personality
Rudy is dim-witted boy, who sometimes spends his time alone. whenever he sees Pinky and the Brain, they try to trick him into something else.
Still like Monty, he thinks Elmyra is a drippy little nerd, but she is one of his only friends, and he will occasionally call her into service to help him pester Pinky and the Brain. Elmyra loves the attention, figuring her "boyfriend" has come around and appreciates her at last.
He sometimes have a crush on "Patty Ann" which is actually Brain in a robotic suit which makes Elmyra jealous.

Elmyra Duff
Despite Rudy's faults, the only major character from Tiny Toon Adventures, Elmyra Duff, seems to harbor maniacal affection for him. In "Squeeze Play", Elmyra distracted Rudy, so Pinky and the Brain could sneak into his house to get their latest invention only to get stepped on. In "Party Night", Rudy doesn't want to go to Vaniety's party, which made Elmyra cry. Brain tried to get Rudy to the party to help cheer her up. by the end they did and walked all the way home.
Patty Ann
Rudy always wants to date Elmyra's cousin Patty Ann but he always didn't know it was actually Brain in a robotic suit. In "Patty Ann" Rudy skipped school to spend time with her. After Elmyra nagged on pinky and the brain, Elmyra told Rudy Patty will never come back. Then in "At the Hop", Rudy saw Patty Ann and asked her if she wants to dance with him. In "Hooray for Meat", Rudy wanted Patty Ann to become Meat Queen and she did but Elmyra and Vaniety White planned to get the dogs to eat the meat parade float and despite Brain tooken off the robotic suit, Rudy chased after the dogs who got Patty Ann. In Party Night, Brain planned to get Rudy into Vaniety's party by disguising as Patty Ann to get Elmyra and Rudy together but things do not go so well until the party guest starting fighting and Patty Ann pushed Rudy into the fountain and said "Now, you have something to talk about."
