Rocky and Mugsy

Rocky and Mugsy are characters from Looney Tunes who make a one-time appearance in Tiny Toon Adventures. They are a pair of dangerous criminals, with Rocky acting as the brains of the pair, and Mugsy acting as the muscle.

Rocky and Mugsy were voiced by Rob Paulsen and Frank Welker, respectively, on Tiny Toon Adventures.

Rocky and Mugsy make a brief appearance in the episode, Gang Busters. When Buster and Plucky try to dig their way out of Juvenile Hall and into freedom, they end up in the Juvenile Hall Storage Room. Rocky and Mugsy, who were trying to dig out of jail, end up in the same place. Rocky forces Buster and Plucky to help him escape, but at first, they refuse, so Mugsy grabs them, and Rocky tells them they will dig, or Mugsy will squeeze them to death. Buster and Plucky reluctantly accept. Buster digs his way to the Warden's office, and tells the warden he brought Rocky and Mugsy. The Warden re-arrests Rocky and Mugsy, and thanks Buster by giving him a chance to prove he was framed. Towards the end of the episode, when Montana Max is arrested, he is put in the same cell as Rocky and Mugsy. Rocky hands him a spoon, and tells him, "Start diggin', chump."
