Robert Frederick Paulsen III (born 11 March 1956) is an American voice-actor. He is best known for voicing Raphael in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Yakko Warner and Dr. Otto Scratchansniff in Animaniacs, and Pinky in Pinky and the Brain and Pinky, Elmyra & the Brain.
He voiced Fowlmouth, Arnold the Pit Bull, Mr. Hitcher, Banjo Possum, Concord Condor, Dr. Furr, Johnny Pew, and extra characters in Tiny Toon Adventures.
