Patrick Howard "Pat" Fraley (born 18 February 1949) is an American voice actor. He is best known as the voice of Krang, Casey Jones, Baxter Stockman, and numerous other characters in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. He is also a member of Voice and Speech Trainers of America.
He voiced the Travel Agent in the Tiny Toon Adventures episode "Europe in 30 Minutes", as well as Pen Pal and the French Spoon in the episode "Her Wacky Highness".
