Noel Barton Blanc (born October 19, 1938) is an American radio personality, commercial producer, former voice actor, and the son of deceased voice acting legend Mel Blanc.
He voiced Porky Pig, the Tasmanian Devil, Bugs Bunny, and The Great and Powerful Principal of Looniversity in Tiny Toon Adventures.
Noel retired from voice acting in 2005.
