Mrs. Bunny is the lovely mother of Babs and her numerous siblings, as well as the wife of their father, Mr. Bunny. Like Babs, she was voiced by Tress MacNeille. Mrs. Bunny has orange and white fur and is much taller than Babs and her siblings.

Mrs. Bunny in "Hare-Raising Night"
- Babs' mother is one of the few parents on Tiny Toon Adventures with recurring appearances.
- Babs' mother is mostly seen from the neck down and her face is never shown, similar to Nanny on Muppet Babies, or the parents on Cow and Chicken. However, her only face reveal occurs in "Hare-Raising Night" when Bugs Bunny cycles to the right video in the Top Secret room at Acme Looniversity.
