Marcia the Martian is a cartoon character from the Warner Bros. animated television series, Tiny Toon Adventures. Marcia (pronounced "MAR-shuh") appears only once on the show. Marcia is a young, female martian with a round black face, red hair, a pink and purple skirt, a purple cone-shaped hat with a pink bowed ribbon, white high tops and white gloves. She lives on Mars. She is voiced by Tress MacNeille. She attends Acme Looniversity.
Marcia speech pattern is based on that of the beatniks in the 1950s and early 1960s. She doubles as both Marvin's niece and apprentice, with the latter role making her his Tiny Toon counterpart.
She appears in the segment, Duck Dodgers Jr. In the short, Daffy Duck reprises his role as Duck Dodgers of the 241/2 Century, with Plucky serving as his trusty sidekick instead of Porky Pig. Their mission is to stop a matter transmogrifier from sucking up the entire universe, which Marvin and Marcia are behind. While Daffy and Marvin fight over the universe, Plucky and Marcia go off to play together.
As seen in a panel shot during San Diego Comic Con, Marcia returns in the reboot Tiny Toons Looniversity.
