Julie Ann Brown (born 31 August 1958) is an American comedienne, singer/songwriter, actress, director, and screenwriter. She is best known for being the rather ditzy host of her MTV Music Video show Just Say Julie.
Julie parodied her show as Julie Bruin in Tiny Toon Music Television, and would later go on to voice Minerva Mink in Animaniacs.
