Franklin Wendell Welker (born 12 March 1946) is an American voice actor. He is best known for voicing Fred Jones in the popular, long-running Scooby-Doo franchise.
He voiced Gogo Dodo, Furrball, Calamity Coyote, Little Beeper, and various other characters in Tiny Toon Adventures.
