Yosemite Sam's House of Sound FX is a shop run by Yosemite Sam in Two-Tone Town. The shelves are stocked up with sound effects in boxes that reach very high near the ceiling.
Buster fools Sam into getting many sound effects for the Two-Tones by dressing up like an attractive female; similar to some Bugs Bunny's shorts where he does the same thing to fool Sam as well as Elmer Fudd at times. Buster cleans out nearly every sound effect in the shop, leaving behind a note thanking Yosemite for the "free" sound effects.
