Frankenstein's (Mad Scientist's) Monster is a character in Tiny Toon Adventures.
About the Monster[]
Frankenstein's Monster first appears briefly in the Season 1 episode "Inside Plucky Duck" as one of the villains surrounding Batduck.
He would later appear in the Season 3 episode "Toons Take Over" along with Ygor, a purple hunch-backed creature.
Also, there is a pre-production sketch of Frankenstein's Monster pointing at Elmyra.
Apparently, Frankenstein's Monster's master is a Mad Scientist, who first appeared in the "The Looney Beginning" episode escaping from the villains' box. In the Season 1 episode "Inside Plucky Duck", there are three different characters who look just like monsters from the classic Frankenstein horror movies, Frankenstein's Monster, Mad Scientist Frankenstein and his hunch-backed lab assistant Ygor.
