Granny is a Looney Tunes character that appears occasionally in Tiny Toon Adventures. She is one of the first female Looney Tunes and is usually depicted as the owner of Sylvester and Tweety in the Looney Tunes shorts. She is the Head Nurse of Acme Looniversity.

In the reboot, she is the dean of Acme Looniversity and a former biker gang member.

Appearances in Tiny Toon Adventures

Granny is voiced by the late June Foray in Tiny Toon Adventures.

In the Acme Acres Zone episode segment, A Bacon Strip, Hamton, whose overalls have been stolen by Montana Max, uses graffiti to paint a suit on the frontal half of his skin. On his way home, Granny asks him to help her cross the street. Being an honest pig, he reluctantly does. A car splashes a puddle of water on Hamton, washing the paint away. A horrified Granny whacks him with her purse.

In the Psychic Fun-omenon Day episode segment, Class Cut-Up, Hamton is at the nurse's office, where she takes his temperature. When she leaves the room for a moment, Michigan J. Frog sings and dances, and Granny thinks Hamton is the one who sang. Hamton tries to explain to Granny that Michigan can sing, but she doesn't believe him, so she takes him to the principal's office.

She appears in the next segment, Rear Window Pain, where Plucky uses a pair of binoculars to spy on unsuspecting citizens. Granny appears in an apartment, trying to teach Elmyra Duff to play the piano. Although Elmyra plays terribly, Granny tells her she's doing much better this week, to which Elmyra tells her, "I've been practicing." They notice Plucky spying on them, so Granny throws a metronome and the piano at him.

Granny appears briefly in the second wraparound in the episode, Career Oppor-Toon-ities, trying out some perfume at Fifi's perfume shop, before being driven away by Fifi's smell.

She appears briefly in the Looniversity Daze episode segment, What's Up Nurse? as the receptionist. Plucky fakes being sick to get out of doing Foghorn Leghorn's hound-teasing tricks pop quiz (turns out he's not alone; Calamity Coyote dropped an ACME safe on his head, Montana Max held an ACME rocket and it exploded in his face, and Barky Marky, Furrball, and Sweetie tried to eat each other). When Granny asks which of them is in the most pain, Plucky tells her he is, but she tells him she's just the receptionist, and that her student nurse will be taking care of her. The student nurse turns out to be Elmyra Duff, much to Plucky's horror.

In the Best O' Plucky Duck Day episode segment, One Minute Til' Three, she is a teacher in Computer Animation class (playing somewhat of an antagonistic role). A running gag in the episode is that whenever one of her students gets a question wrong, she assigns them a thousand-page term paper, due on Monday. When she finally chooses Plucky, she asks him what the minimum number of quantified pixels are needed on a bilateral view screen. Plucky, desperate to be out of school, tells her, "It's 2:59!" Granny, assuming he meant the number "259," tells him that he is correct.

She appears briefly in the Son of Looniversity Daze episode segment, Open and Shut Case, at the beginning where she introduces Hamton to the Acme Wonder Locker. She reminds Hamton to take good care of school property, which later in the cartoon, he thinks about before dismantling the locker when it won't give him his lunch, and he angrily tells her (in his thought balloon), "Buzz off, Granny!"

She appears briefly in Who Bopped Bugs Bunny?, where she is sitting on a chair with Tweety and Sylvester. She whacks Sylvester with an umbrella when he was about to eat Tweety.

In the Here's Hamton episode segment, Milk, It Makes a Body Spout, Plucky imitates a mailbox as one of his many attempts to get Hamton to laugh so hard, milk squirts out his nose. Granny mistakes him for an actual mailbox and puts all the postcards that her class is sending (a huge amount) inside him.
