Elmer Fudd is a Looney Tunes star who now teaches at Acme Looniversity. He is the mentor and favorite teacher of Elmyra Duff. On the Looney Tunes shorts, he is usually depicted as a hunter and one of Bugs Bunny's archenemies.

Elmer is voiced by both Jeff Bergman and Greg Burson in Tiny Toon Adventures. Joe Alaskey voiced him in Tiny Toon Adventures: How I Spent My Vacation.

Appearances in Tiny Toon Adventures

Although Elmer was one of Looney Tunes' main antagonists, he is rarely an antagonist in Tiny Toon Adventures.

Elmer appears in Her Wacky Highness as a teacher who demonstrates cartoon logic, such as walking on thin air. Babs Bunny makes fun of him behind his back, and when he finds out, he sends her to the principal's office. Her behavior also causes him to give his other students a pop quiz.

In Journey to the Center of Acme Acres, Elmer works at the Acme Seismography Institute. He, along with Shirley the Loon, warns everyone to evacuate Acme Acres due to the recent earthquakes.

Elmer appears briefly in the prologue to the Wake Up Call of the Wild episode segment, Migrant Mallard, where, as he is brushing his teeth to get ready to go to bed, Buster and Babs sneak past him to steal some carrots from his carrot patch. Elmer arrives and is about to hit them with a gardening hoe, but Buster tosses his carrot in Elmer's mouth. Elmer chases Buster and Babs, who lose him in the forest, and before Elmer goes back home to bed, he tells Buster and Babs, "Stay out of my cawwots, you wittwe whippewsnappews!"

In the Psychic Fun-omenon Day episode segment, Rear Window Pain, Plucky spies on him from his hospital window. Elmer is growing eggplants and talking to them as if they were his children. Plucky thinks Elmer is growing clones of himself and tries to stop him. Later in the cartoon, Shirley brings Elmer in so he can explain that he has been growing his own eggplants for his secret eggplant-Parmesan recipe, and is giving some to everyone in his apartment building. When he gets home, he is angry at Plucky for accusing him of cloning, but when he isn't looking, his eggplants turn into purple-colored Elmer clones.

He appears briefly in Fields of Honey, where Babs opens the door to his classroom and Elmer explains that in his day, they used to chase rabbits, but times have changes, as Elmyra adds that now they hug them and squeeze them and love them to pieces (grabbing a stuffed rabbit and tightly squeezing it). Elmer confirms, "That's right," and does his signature laugh. He is also shown at a meeting held by Babs at Acme Looniversity with a majority of the other Looney Tunes teaching staff. Babs is so intent and overzealous on them building a "really big theater" and show nothing but Honey cartoons so that people would come and watch because the "strange voice" (revealed later as Bosko) told her to do so, that she appears to be going mad (even drooling over the table). They promptly send her to the nurse's office to see Elmyra, who also concludes that she is had gone crazy. This is the only time we see Elmer and Elmyra together.

Although he does not appear in the Here's Hamton episode segment, Milk, it Makes a Body Spout, he is one of Buster's many impressions in an attempt to get Hamton to laugh so hard, milk squirts out his nose. This impression was disliked by many of the Acme Looniversity students. Elmer does appear briefly in the next episode segment, America's Least Wanted. Plucky is on his way to turn Hamton in to the police for money, as he is worried that Hamton is really the escaped criminal, Knuckles Cutlet. When Plucky sees what appears to be Hamton choking Elmer, he tries to save him, but it turns out Hamton was actually rearranging Elmer's sacroiliac, as Elmer's regular chiropractor was on vacation.

Elmer apprears briefly at the end of the Pledge Week episode segment, It's All Relatives, where after spending the whole day doing impressions for her Mother and Grandmother, Babs brings him in and tells him to shoot her.

Elmer appears briefly in the second wraparound to the episode, Love Disconnection. Buster sets Babs up with him when she requests "A sophisticated, odler guy with a special affinity for rabbits" as her ideal boyfriend. When he is chosen for her, she tells him, "In your dreams!"

In Tiny Toon Adventures: How I Spent My Vacation, Elmer was heard on a radio announcing K-FUDD and then chuckles. He also appears, along with Bugs, at the end of the movie giving the students a test, much to their horror.

In Two-Tone Town, Elmer performs on trombone in an orchestra conducted by Daffy and consisting of other Looney Tunes. Elmer as well as the others in the orchestra are wearing light blue tuxedos and about to perform in front of a full crowd. Buster (in Robin Hood attire and intentions to steal the musical symbols) interrupts the orchestra, but a slightly annoyed Daffy denies his interruption and commands them to perform anyways. Giant musical symbols appear above the orchestra as they play, and Buster begins stealing the symbols, infuriating Daffy further. The angered duck battles Buster atop the symbols, as Elmer and the others continue to play. Daffy loses the battle when he falls and Taz smashes in his head with his cymbals. Buster conducts a final note as Elmer and the rest of the orchestra perform for him.
