Biff Blasday
Biff Balsday is a minor character who appears in the episode Spring in Acme Acres segment that's incredibly stupid. he is voiced by Charlie Adler.
Appearance
Biff is shown to be a large human with brown hair, wears a white cowbot hat, a red and blue stipped shirt with a black vast and steel-toed boots.
History
Biff appears as the host of That's Incredibly Stupid; A game show where people would do stupid and dangerous stuff to win money, and introducePlucky and Dizzy as the contestants for the show. In the first event, Biff told Plucky and Dizzy that they must last at least 5 minutes in a demolition derby with nothing but a helmet, roller skates, and an inner tube on them, in which Plucky pretends to be sick and sends Dizzy Devil in his place. After the first even Biff told them they won $1,000 but then told them they could win $5,000 instead for the next event; find a needle in a barn full of haystacks but it turns out that the haystacks are filled with boxes of fireworks underneath them and Plucky sent Dizzy again. After finding the needle, Biff gives them the $5,000 but then offeres them the grand prize of $100,000. Of cause Dizzy refuse to play anymore and Plucky asks what the next event, and Biff tells him that the only way to win it is to judge a beauty contest and Plucky became the judge. However it turns out that it wasn't just a beauty contest, but a Beauty/Martial arts contest, in which plucky was injuried during the demo. Biff told Plucky that he must chose a winner, after having trouble deciding on the winner, Biff told Plucky that times up and he losted the $100,000, but gave Dizzy a consolation prize; Plucky's Judge Badge.
