The Acme Corporation or simply Acme (sometimes stylised as ACME) is a fictional mail-order corporation that produces item, stores, and other things that are featured in both the Looney Tunes and Tiny Toon Adventures universe.

The Corporation was founded by a large business rat (no pun intened) named "Bobbo Acme" proves that his products work.

In early Looney Tunes cartoons, Acme would produce vast items such as bombs, robots, anvils, catapults, and other items. Later in Tiny Toon Adventures, Acme would create stores and other things such as Pet Stores, Malls, Ice Cream Parlors, and even Acme Looniversity.

In early Looney Tunes cartoons, a coyote named Wile E. Coyote would buy Acme Products and use them to capture his meal ticket; The Road Runner. But somehow, they would usually backfire on him, causing him pain. Later in Tiny Toon Adventures Wile E.'s protege, Calamity Coyote would buy Acme Products to capture Little Beeper. Similar to his mentor, those products would backfire on him as well.

  • Acme was originally a name that became popular for businesses by the 1920s, when alphabetized business telephone directories such as the Yellow Pages began to be widespread. There were a flood of businesses named 'Acme, some of which are still active. For example, early Sears catalogs contained a number of products with the "Acme" trademark, including anvils, which are frequently used in Warner Bros. cartoons.
  • Acme's CEO's keep changing: in Who Framed Roger Rabbit?, the company's CEO is Marvin K. Acme; in Looney Tunes: Back In Action, it's Mr. Chairman.
